The NivuFlow 600 WS measurement system was specially developed for drinking water applications. Using the transit time difference method, we are setting new standards for the measurement and monitoring of drinking water flows.
Thanks to our clamp-on sensors, the process does not have to be interrupted. Operations can continue smoothly while the measurement is set up within a few minutes. We also guarantee absolute hygiene, as our sensors have no direct contact with drinking water.
With the NivuFlow 600 WS, not only the flow rate, but also the flow velocity and water temperature can be reliably measured, even at very low flow velocities of up to 3 cm/s. Structural modifications to the cross-section to generate higher flow velocities are therefore no longer necessary.
The compact enclosure for DIN rail mounting is suitable for space-saving installation in control cabinets. Special field enclosures are available for use in harsh environmental conditions. A large, easy-to-read daylight display enables the flow meter to be set up quickly and easily. It also offers extended diagnostic options for detailed analysis of running processes directly in the field.
Your Benefits
- Easy installation without interrupting the supply, no need to cut the pipeline or flush the pipe
- Absolute hygiene, as it does not come into contact with the medium
- Easy commissioning thanks to menu-supported sensor alignment
- Intuitive, modern operating concept for quick and easy commissioning and diagnostics on site
- IP68 field enclosure available
- IoT-ready with global 4G connection for maximum availability and digital services
- IP68 Sensors
- High measurement accuracies even at lowest flow velocities
- Calculation of the water temperature based on the speed of sound
- For all common pipe materials and pipe linings in the water industry
- Direct installation in the ground, no shaft construction required
- Monitoring of all system-relevant parameters (flow rate, flow velocity and temperature)
- Bidirectional measurement possible
Typical Applications
- Flow measurement in drinking water tanks, pumping stations, treatment plants, pressure boosting systems
- Flow measurement in the drinking water network, buried applications
- Hygiene monitoring in drinking water networks based on temperature
